Our Mental Health Journeys Matter
Today is Mental Health Day. With that in mind, it is important to note that your journey is yours to own. With all the good, the bad, and the difficulty, no one can claim as you can.
You have the right to tell your story,to celebrate your wins, and share your losses only as you choose. There is no perfect journey, no pathway without pain, and no one who deserves to be held up as much as you do.
Even as your journey continues, as you fight for your wellbeing, and as you learn to love yourself more, you also deserve to be seen as the warrior you are.
So today, may you feel your power, pride, and resilience as yours. Because you are a warrior no matter what others say.
Educational Co-op Opportunity
New Educational Opportunities for families!
I am helping to put on a Educational Co-Op with Wild and Unstructured Learning! This will focus on teaching lessons through creativity and active play and will teach a variety of S.T.E.A.M. focused activities. I am so excited for this opportunity to help students throughout our local Colorado community.

Saturday, September 21st, I will be a part of the Walk With Austism Event put on by the Autism Society of Colorado is putting on! This is going to be a joyous, fun, and enlightening day.
I will personally be representing my Business R&H Creative Advocacy and Storytelling LLC. But I will also be talking about how Storytelling can empower the Autism Community Store. Americans With Disabilities Act
July 26th is the Americans With Disabilities Act Anniversary!!
Today marks another day, further cementing the importance of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The importance of this Act can not be understated.
Helping to further more Equitable workplaces, schools, and communities in general for those with lived experience there has been so much good done because of this. While there is no perfect solution for all of the world's issues, we can be part of this force causing positive change. By making noticeable and important changes to our communities and the mindset toward those with lived experience, we can foster and encourage that change.
Together, we must work to find solutions, to be brave and raise our voice, and to support our community members as they need. We are a community of resilient and beautiful spirits, and each voice deserves to be heard.

I am so excited, proud, and honored to be leading a roundtable discussion at the 2024 Annual Colorado Mentoring Summit! I will be among many other wonderful speakers, advocates, and organizations there.

D&D Camp Day 4
Warriors Overcoming Pain!
Today we has one of our last days of Dungeons and Dragons Camp!
Our group has bonded, slane beasts, defeated evil, and laughed a lot. These last few days have been prood of the power of patience in D&D.
This game, when led with love, empathy, and understanding, can transform lives. While this was our first camp, I can see myself doing so many more. These days have blessed my life in so many beautiful ways.
