Dungeons and Dragons Class

Utilizing Creative Spaces to serve Youth is vital!

In the coming months, I will be running a Dungeons and Dragons Class that will not only help youth learn how to play the game but also help them build their self-advocacy,  mindfulness, math, and problem-solving skills. This class is built off of over a decade of experience running creative and active play events that foster real-life skills. As these games go far beyond the table.

I have learned that active play and Storytelling as a whole can inspire, uplift, and empower youth by giving them a choice to raise their voice. Because of that, my events are built to encourage their voice through empathy-based leadership.

These events understand that autonomy is integral to youth development,  that youth best grow when they are respected,  and that youth have a beautiful spark that they let shine when honored. Because of these realities, we work to provide spaces that truly honor all of our students.
